Hello Everyone,

I am in the beginning stages in creating a realty database management
software system and I am looking for some insight. Having worked in a
realty office for a while, I noticed that while there are programs out
there for Realtors and Brokers, the programs I became familiar with
were not very user friendly. They were also Broker based rather than
Realtor based. I would like some ideas as to what you the Realtor
would be interested in seeing in a management program to use for
yourself. I understand there are programs to manage contacts such as
Wlydfire. Your opinions are much appreciated!
