Please find the information about Rahejas Atharva project. This is the
first project that we are recommending this year, and is one which we

"Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd." have just announced their project called
"Atharva" - Exclusive Luxury Homes Near Delhi Border.

The project is spread over approximately 14.8 acres, and is located
close to a major 150m wide road proposed in the Masterplan 2021 of the
Gurgaon-Manesar Urban complex. The proposed Metro Track also runs
along this 150m wide road, which runs from Dwarka all the way to Hero
Honda Chowk on NH8. The same road also have a major commercial belt
alongside in close proximity to the Sector 109 project, and is similar
