Covent Garden is style all the way! The vibrant mix of restaurants,
shops, clubs and the theatres make it a never-to-miss destination.
Shrugging off its old day's recognition as London's fruit-and-
vegetable market, it has grown into an ever popular attraction for
multitude of tourists, residents and investors. For the visitors, it
is a feast for the senses; for the residents, it is the dream abode.
And the result' Covent Garden property is enjoying the status of a hot
cake in the market.
Covent Garden's piazza has long been a hive of activity and a packed
performance zone ever since its existence as the largest fruit and
vegetable market in England. The tradition still going on and throngs
of tourists, caffeine junkies, health freaks and theatre-goers pound
the pavements of the capital's premier entertainment district each
day. This certainly adds to the craze of Covent Garden property.
However, there is scarce of freehold properties in Covent Garden. As
Houses are very rare and there is a shortage of gardens, desirability
for a roof garden or balcony on any property is increasing. So, what
one can see available are fabulous innovative penthouses with roof
terraces. So, accommodation in Covent Garden property comprises mainly
of flats and blocks above shops and restaurants....
