Anyone who buys and sells real estate internationally should check out
this new website called UniFersal.com.

UniFersal.com has uploaded every city in the world into its framework
to allow people to post properties and real estate related services
(agents, brokers, mortgage, insurance, painters, etc.) anywhere,
easily, and for free. There are already properties listed for sale in
45 countries.

On the site you can make and receive electronic offers on properties.
You can communicate with buyers, sellers, and local real estate
realated people via chat, message, email, or phone.

The site is young, but I think it has a lot of potential.
