I wanted to share something with all Realtor's in every state because
for much to long have you been missing your chunk of money from the
Bank side of the loan. You spend hours and hours showing house's and
sometimes this can go on for week's if not months. Then you give your
refferal to a Loan Officer who spends about 1/2 hour total with your
client, sometimes maybe an hour and they get paid just as much as your
if not more. It is time to take back what you have built up and stop
sending money out the door.
