Interactive Voice Response(IVR)system is a new concept in the real
estate industry. Now the real estate agents can implement IVR in their
estate to better serve their residents. Listening to resident's
everyday problems in big estates and lodging their general complains
regarding electricity, water and bills is a problem. But IVR has made
this easy for estates.

IVR is actually an automatic voice response system that works through
a normal telephone call. When a resident makes up a call, he hears
this interactive voice response system which enables the resident to
lodge any complains or to make general inquiries.
