I am starting up a note brokering business. I have reputable note buyers and
institutional investors that will buy real estate backed notes, What I need
is a little operating capital.

This would be a perfect joint venture for a real estate developer or
investor seeking a good source of easy financing for thier sales division.

I am willing to offer a "rebate" from the fees I earn from notes
successfully funded.
