WTB: acerage - Vancouver Island, BC CANADA

| We are currently looking to buy A1, F1 or F1-A zoned acerage - available -
or coming up in the next 6-8 months? - between the Malahat and Ladysmith
(husband in the Navy - has to be within 1 hr recall of Esquimalt)? Those
parcels would be considered Agricultural or Forestry.
We aren't looking for mass acerage - a smaller parcel is what we're in the
market for (minimum 5 acres - but willing to look at more) - but we need F1,
A1 or A1-A zoning (my husband's retirement dream - 8 years from now - to
have a kennel (NOT puppy mill or backyard breeders, but boarding/doggie
daycare/dog training/grooming) - but we can only do that in appropriately
zoned land.
If you are considering selling - please e'mail me at address below - or pass
on e'mail address to others who might be considering selling.... We've been
watching the MLS for some time now - and it's difficult to find raw land....
