I am a very big opportunity for as many investors that would like to make
some serious money. Nationwide In your backyard or Mine.

We offer several different programs for investors to invest in. All of our
deals are purchase only. We do not require the investor to get a
construction-perm loan, just a final purchase loan; we use our on money to
build the properties. We only ask the investor for a signed purchase
contract and $1,000 earnest money per property $5000 min (5 properties)
(escrowed with a local title company) before the project begins. We do all
the rest!

(Most houses are pre-sold)while in construction.

All of our properties are "Bread and Butter" houses 3 bedroom, 2 baths or
more, from 1200 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft., $100,000 to $200,000 price range.
Single Family Residents (SFR) Duplexes, and Ranch Style Garden Homes for the
investor to invest in.

We also offers "Owner Financing" to investors on all of our properties TOO!
That is where one of our REIT's or Hedge Funds holds the note. We can do up
to 20 properties a year per investor. That has proven very helpful to the
investor that wants more properties that the lender will allow him. We try
to be a one-stop-shop for the investors
