Your comments of all kinds are uncalled for. I posted my dilemna
because I was looking for help and you sit there and insult me without
taking the time to get more information.
I don't need to state my case to a jackass. I need to state my case to
a Judge.
Realtors Association feels differently. Attorney's I spoken with feel
differently, BUT the problem I'm having is I DON"T HAVE 40,000 to give
to someone to fight this case for me.
Agent/Previous owner are responsible. LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT BUTTHEAD!
I realize that homes won't be bug free. especially since I live in a
rural area. I've got raccoons, skunks, rattlesnakes, field mice,
mountain lions, and our all time favorite roadrunners. "THEY LIVE
OUTSIDE" and THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CAPABILITIES TO ENTER OUR HOME,
GARAGE and etc. WHY? because all FOOD SOURCES FOR SUCH WILDLIFE IS
STORED ACCORDINGLY.
AGENT/PREVIOUS OWNER KNEW about the problem and tried to fix it for 3
months and after being told numerous times that the only way to remove
the bug problem was to remove the food source throghout the kitchen.

Agent/Previous Owner were notified several different times and pictures
were sent to them and nothing was done. ( over 200 pics sent to them).
