| I'm a real estate investor looking for a group of experienced investors
who want to make big ROI.
The project that I have right now is for a second joint venture
investor. This a 7 unit multi family unit. We are looking to procure
305k and this returns 262k in 6 months. That's 86% ROI. This investment
is secured by the multi-family that we are rehabing and the ROI on this
investment is secured by my contractors Residence. This project is on
contract all the research is ready and we are looking to pull the
trigger ASAP!
This is not an ordinary rehab. we have a very unique business plan that
will allow us to increase NOI on these commercial units by 50-80%
everytime. This business plan is fully scalable and we will be looking
to do buildings as large as they come.
I have two other deals that we will break ground on in January. These
are 20 -40 unit apartment buildings. I also do about 20-25 short sales
per month that return around 30-40% ROI which doesn't seem like much
compared to what we will be doing on the commercial side. However I"m
looking for additional investors who would be interested in that side
of our business as well. I will be looking for investors with deep
pockets.
