I have a lot that could be either an investment or the site of your next
home. It's located in Walton county, Forest Lakes subdivision lot 2. Info
can be had at www.forest-lake.com . I want buyer to take over my note and
pay balance of agreed price at completion of home. This subdivision is
close to the ocean, a walk away, and at the same time, on higher ground for
those who like security.
