Hi, my name is RALPH PURVIS, a real estate investor. I buy houses. If
you need to sell your house and you are a motivated seller then I will
buy your house on a TWO (2) YEAR LEASE/OPTION PURCHASE AGREEMENT. I
will make your house payments and maintain your house for you. You
will maintain ownership until I buy it, so I set your mind at ease.
You will not have to make any more payments, nor will you have the
