Hello,
I am looking for money for my mortgage in Quebec. I am looking for
$120,000 to $150,000.
I have been securely employed for the last 4 yrs ($50,000+/yr) I am
currently in a rent to own agreement, but the person financing it has
need of the money for another investment. Due to a student loan issue,
the banks will not look at me until it clears from my report. I have
been paying the mortgage and taxes for the last 2 years and before that
even more in just rent. I am willing to pay a higher than bank rate for
the mortgage for the term of the mortgage.
