Home renting...

Buy a property for 30.000 euros maybe more maybe less, example there
are properties for sale in our website for sale, 28.000 euros. Buy it
and than, furnish it , give for rent.

Monthly profit: 300-600 euros
yearly : 3600- 7200 euros

about 3-4 years later the home you bought financing itself and you get
your money back.

Demand;

Yes there is a big demand from europeans to rent homes in this area.
