Single family : 3/2
Royal Palm Beach Acreage 1.15 acres
Rehab = has new roof, need cosmetic.....occupied at present...
repairs less that $6,000
Cash or hard money lender ... whatever?
Must close by june 4

The deal : I will flip this property to you for $6,000 finders fee,
$3,000 at signing of contract, the balance of $3,000 at closing
