Selling home in Tx with instant equity!

| I'm an investor selling a 5BR/3B single family home in Amarillo, Tx.
This home will have instant equity to the buyer. This home is a newer
brick home in a new subdivision of Amarillo, Tx. The tax appraisal on
this home is around $370,000.00 Square ftg around 3,700.. little
higher. Buy/hold Buy/sell This home could appreciate quickly. I will
be taking the best offer within the next week or two.
