| Won't be long before all the millions of northerners, New Yorkers,
New Jersey-ites, Mass, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesotans and all the other
greedy nasty fools who flooded down to Florida and Georgia over the
last 10 years will be duly spanked. They'll be found running back
to their little dumpy New Jersey tenement houses just as fast as their
stubby little legs will carry them, gold chains dangling from their
open shirts, Caddy's and Mercs breaking down the whole trip. We had
a BET going, that this would have started during the 2002-2003
hurricane season but they hung in there in ownership, though most
already moved back to Queens and New Jersey. They've been taking
losses and making you and I pay for it. To a certain extent the
weather man cleaned up the NC and SC coasts considerably and sent a
good 52% packing. With last year's hurricanes and this year's
upcoming weather, this should just about do it. Here in July of 06
there are thousands of properties just coming up for sale all over the
beach areas in mass, and it's still high season! They're finally
bailing - this is great! None of their "investment" homes are
renting, they're losing their butts, but you can be sure they'll
try to make us pay through the gov't. But even that's a lost
cause, as even the crooked politicians are glad to see them go home.
This winter will be the best time to buy up their dirty property.
Think the for-sale count is high now? Whoa - wait till this winter
and next spring. 3 out of 5 properties are currently for sale all
along the Florida coasts, on both sides. Prices will plummet to their
original values and much less. Could have sworn the hurricanes
themselves would have been enough to scare them off, but alas, you had
to hit them at the only place you can hurt an unscrupulous greedy New
Yorker - in his wallet. And the insurance companies did that for us
in spades. Who would have thunk it? Yahooooo!
