Hi,
I have encouraged many people to try Rich Dad,Poor Dad as a good book
on how to think about money, career and wealthbuilding. It is good for
general philosophy, but somewhat short on specifics. most
beginners like more procedural books.Alot of books and courses are alot
of repetitive crap, but some have some new ideas and techniques.I
recommend you take a look at" john t reeds" site.He does a great deal
of research and reading and can be helpful.
Some say he is a little too critical, but most of his warnings are well
founded. If you are considering certain books and courses, just ask
someone who you trust who has read them.
I have read alot of books on the subject and recently acquired alot of
cds,dvds,manuals,etc.
I am always happy to share impressions and even materials with others
who ask.Oh by the way i did at one time own 22 units.I sold about half
and i now intend on using methods that mostly avoid being a
landlord.Wite me ,i'd be happy to answer any ?s that i can.dale

Thanks.
When I was learning about commercial real estate I read Eugene Vulluchi's
How to Buy and Sell Apartment Buildings or something like that...
It was really easy and walked you through some of the pricing basics that are applicable to looking at a commercial real estate property set-up. | |

| Hi,
Thanks for sharing details of John Reed's site. It is very useful.
I agree with you the book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' is a good eye opener for
the novice.
Can you share any of books and useful articles in PDF / MS doc format
and/or MP3/Video format or maybe links to those, which are
downloadable.
Keep in touch.
