the closing costs. Yes, you do need good to excellent credit for the
best rates down to 6.875% (1st Mtg.) BK's and foreclosures must be four
plus (4+) years out.
What about commercial? Yes you can put as little as 10% down for
purchase of ten plus (10+) apartment units or strip malls or office
buildings and other commercial properties. Yes, you can get low rates
(as low as P + 1.5%). Yes you can get a 'No Pre-Payment' with
additional down payment. You have problems with refinancing and getting
cash out after owning your commercial property for two (2) years? Yes,
I can help with that. Unique properties are welcomed. Credit down to
