I was called buy the owner of a $3M property in Newport Coast, CA. The
neighborhood is premiere! It's a couple miles from the ocean, but is on a
large hill. Corner property has 180 deg. view of the ocean and more view to
the side of the mountains. Property is in perfect condition, never lived
in. Fully furnished including plasma screens. Owner is very motivated to
sell, and I'm just looking for a buyer.

FYI I'm a real estate investor, not a realtor. I am looking at birdogging
this lead to someone that can take it down. Contact me if you are
interested in this deal, or interested on getting onto my investor database
to hear about other deals I have coming down the pike (normally I work in
working class and middle class neighborhoods of LA County and Orange County
CA.
(Do not email me, the posted email is a fake)

Can anyone with an understanding of California law confirm this and site
where in the law this is illegal? Everyone loves to tell me it's illegal,
but noone can back it up.

Thank in Advance
