| My name is Chris, I am a real estate investor/business owner and I am
currently looking for a few apprentices to coach, teach & train in real
estate investing. I work with a team of successful investors and we are
expanding our real estate investment community throughout the Greater
Sacramento Area and we are looking for money motivated entrepreneurs
who are very passionate about learning real estate.
We are setting up local community events including 2-hour real estate
investment overview meetings where you can learn more about what we do
and what we have to offer. This will be the perfect place for us to
meet in person. Whether your are an experienced investor with dozens of
properties, or a novice just getting started, I would still like to
speak with you about a potential partnership.
Please only reply if you are serious. Leave your name, phone number,
best time to reach you, and why you would make a good apprentice. If
you have investment experience please mention it in your email. If you
are a real estate agent, loan officer, or in financial services, please
mention this as well.
I am also open to networking and discussing potential RE deals and
anything else you might have. I am looking forward to hearing you

well I would like to know if this is an actual paid job doing work for you
guys or if it is another class where we have to pay you to learn how to pay
ourselves?
