Hello all, I have a friend whose house is about to go into foreclosure. The
property is located in Cranston Rhode Island. Looks like it may go on the
auction block Jan/19/2007. The property is a two family house with basement.
It has roughly $17k in equity and the owner is 4 months in arrears. I'm in
North Carolina and would like a real estate investor in New England area to
