FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

| TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES,
My name is Bryan L. Fairchild. I am the President/CEO of B.C.F.
CAPITAL CONSULTING GROUP, INC. Our company works as an Intermediary
between You and Your Project (s), and the Lender.
We are currently seeking Viable Projects of All Nature. We are
actively seeking Commercial Real Estate Projects nationwide, as well
as, globally. We are also seeking all other types of projects, both
domestic, as well as, internationally. Including: Film/Entertainment,
Venture Capital, Angel Capital, Business Capital, Etc.... Basically,
any type of funding you require, we can help you obtain it.
Additionally, we are always seeking Residential Loans, on a nationwide
basis, as well as, worldwide (please call/e-mail us for details). We
also have the ability to set up offshore corporations, and corporate
bank accounts. And, can help you with the purchase of an offshore bank.
Funding requires capital seekers, and/or their partners to have, or
have the ability to obtain, viable/provable collateral. We will provide
you with a list of required documents. You must also be able to pay the
Lenders required Due-Diligence Fees, if applicable (each lenders fee is
different). We work very hard & diligently to obtain funding for your
project (s), but we will not work with any borrower that is unwilling
to cooperate with us, or the lender that is showing interest in funding
your project (s).
B.C.F. DOES NOT CHARGE ANY UP FRONT FEES. WE WORK ON A CONTINGENCY
BASIS. OUR FEES WILL BE OUTLINED IN OUR FEE AGREEMENT, AND OUR NC/ND
FORMS.
