Feeling over leveraged

| I am looking at my cash flow from the post holiday month and woah this
month has sucked the life out of my cash reserves. I have a cushion but
steadily seeing it drain away and I want to take some action befrore
I'm in real trouble.
I love the thought of 50% of my properties being paid off in 9 more
years but I don't like the neg cash flow that has started to creep in
due to furnaces going, over exteded tenants, evictions and such... I
could use some input.

| I don't understand how your response applies to my situation? Are you
