We have been living in Panama for 4 years doing small to medium scale
development projects, in Chiriqui Province - near Boquete and the
Costa Rica Border. Panama is rapidly eclipsing Costa Rica due to
Panama's vastly superior infrastructure, more welcoming and diverse
populace, and its very investor friendly environment. I spent 3 years
in Costa Rica - now after a time in Panama I have re-gained my
respect for Central America.

I have 35 Titled, Mountain view, beautiful properties for sale here in
Panama for sale. I place these in new Panama Corporatioons for my
clients (Anonymous Societies or SA's). These properties are
increasing in value very rapidly - in contrast to American Real
Estate.

My properties are all very CLOSE to Boquete (One of "the World's Best
Retirement Spots" according to Forbes, New York Times etc) and I sell
my land at a a fraction of the price of land IN Boquete. The lots are
from 5 acres to 12 acres. All have Mountain Views, Electricity, Water,
high quality gravel roads.

Priced at between $16,000-$20,000 per acre, they will double in value
in the next 18-36 months, if my recent projects are any indication.
Example: I sold my first project lots at $11 per square meter 3 year
ago. Now the owners tell me that their lots are now worth $35 - $45
per squate meter (4046 sq. meters to an acre). Th eland I sell for $4
or $5 per sq meter this year will be worth $6 or $8 or $9 next year,
panama is Booming and it is just starting. Contact us
