I have spent a month weeding out the fakes and liars that SAY they can
deliver and now have legitimate sellers of bulk REOs and performing
and non-performing notes. We are looking for buyers with verifiable
proof of funds and letters of intent that are interested in BULK
portfolios of bank owned properties and underperforming notes.

10M minimum.
All states available.
Clean properties with less than 15% rehab
No encumbrances
Buy properties at 50% - 65% of the property value.

These sellers can complete transactions in a matter of days with
motivated buyers. I am NOT interested in broker chains and if you are
more than one step from the actual buyer please don't respond. If you
