Marco Island is the largest Barrier Island within Southwest Florida's

Marco Island Real Estate Market - Highlights from an October 2007
article in The Marco Eagle: 19% year over year growth rate in sales
of single family residences; Frequent visitors and buyers from Europe
now enjoy an 18% appreciation in purchasing power over the Euro
exchange rate in 2004; Inventory is shrinking; Sales of water direct
homes in The Estates have doubled year over year.
Property Values and Conditions - The three properties have a
combined appraised value of $9,222,000! All three have been fully
renovated with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. The
two rental homes are fully furnished down to linens and beautiful

Rising Prices - Both the listing prices and the sales prices of the
