I have a purchase agreement with a new home builder on a 1900 sq ft house, 3
bedroom, 2.5 baths, fully upgraded. I have the price locked in since last
spring at $451k CDN.

I put 10% down and I am having a difficult time selling my house to continue
and make the draw payments. The builder has extended my due date on the
draw payments.

The house next door, very similar is for sale for $525k. I believe that
our house will be worth a little more than this in the spring.

I'm looking for an investor to make the draw payments ($405k) and when the
house is completed we want to put it for sale and split the proceeds with
the investor.
