Is it really worth engaging a realtor? Can’t I do it myself?

Realtors can help save a lot of time and effort

Hi Peter,

New home builders invariably engage realtors to move the merchandise. I have bought houses with and without realtors; realtors can save you a lot of time and effort.

Marilyn Dashe is one excellent agent I know who specializes in properties in the communities of Cardiff-by-the-sea and Carlsbad. Check out her website for details: http://www.marilyndashe.com

Good luck,
David
