| I have over 25 years in the real estate and construction industries
and possess a very diverse skill set. My real estate experience
includes the following: financial projections, mortgages, feasibility
studies, R.O.I schedules, labor and material cost analysis, building
design, sub-division planning, development and implementation.
I have also have owned and operated a construction company for over 10
years, and will also bring 8 years experience as a project manager to
our development. I currently have a labor force of over 75
individuals at my disposal. Comprised of the following trades:
framers, painters, journeymen electicians and plumbers, finish
carpentors, roofers, masons, landscapers, window and door installers,
gyproc hangers and tapers, insulators, gas fitters, kitchen cabinet
installers, hard wood flooring and ceramic tile installers.
Many large construction projects in Alberta have stalled at some
point, due to a highly migratory and transient work force. I have
developed a compensation system which virtually eliminates these
problems.
Regardless of your city or town, I can locate land for sub-division
and/or apartments for conversion to condos.
