Hi,

We are first time home buyers in the state of PA and would like to
know about working with a buyer's agent. What is the form they
require you to sign? Is there a specific time period that they will
remain your agent? And when that time period expires, is there also
some time period after that they can lay claim on commissions if you
decide to go with another agent (whether it be with the same
brokerage
or not)?

I don't want to approach one just yet but rather do my research into
what I should be asking them when I do decide to approach.

Any tips would be appreciated.
