| We have a wonderful, unique solid brick, waterfront home on 1.4 acres with
210' frontage on the Nassau River near Fernandina Beach/Jacksonville.
Fantastic nature views. Flora and fauna abound. Porpoise and manatee are
seen in the river all the time. Overlooks the Timucuan Nature Preserve.
Literally, minutes to downtown Jacksonville or the beach. Deep water
mooring of private boat.

| Oh...don't forget...the property is perfect for the exec on his/her way up
the corporate ladder. Safe and secure for the family but perfect for
entertaining on the river. Own your own riverboat, cruise to the
intercoastal, Amelia Island and the Timucuan Nature Preserve.
