can anyone recommend a online appraiser service?
You know the kind, enter the address and zip code and by magic they tell you
all about the cost history etc.
Is that what it is just a scam or are they actually worth spending $30 on??

thanks
earl

For $30 you won't be getting a true appraisal...probably more like a guestimate.
