Hi all,

I have a prime commercial property in Concord, NH that's available on a 2
year lease with a 1 or 3 year option. It's located in the heart of
downtown,
on Main St., and just a few doors from one of the busiest intersections.
Newly renovated: walls & ceilings, air, restrooms and hot water.
Air-Conditioning. City parking. Steam Heat. Two floors at ~1400sq ft each
(plus a full basement with rear access for deliveries).

Would be great for offices or even a hardware store... Was the Ozzie Waite
Bicycle & Ski Shop for over 50 years.
