I was told there was a study done by a few months ago by USA Today that
found Realtors were able to fetch a 21% higher price than a For Sale By
Owner. I can't find the article in the onlie archives. Does anyone know
where to find a copy of this story?

21%? Don't flatter yourself. Just ask yourself, "If I have a house
that as a realtor, I can get $484K for, would the seller FSBO it for
$400K? After answering that question you will conclude, if someone
actually wrote the article you describe, hopefully, you would be smart
enough to recognize that the author has no idea what he is talking
about. This is exactly what I mean when I say, some realtors actually
believing their own hype.
