Yup, Steve can guarantee it. As a matter of fact, that's how Steve got
in trouble himself. But in his case, he overpaid by more than $100K on
the house that some slick talkin' Realtor sold to him. But so much for
that. He's not going to give them another chance to do it to him again.
That's why he is now living with his Mommy.
