Who Else Wants to Be the Boss of their Family's New Custom Dream Home
Project, and legally pay for everything with someone else's credit
card?
Now don't get me wrong, by "building" I don't mean that I wanted to
haul lumber and pound nails. I wanted to get professional licensed
contractors to do ALL of this work for me.
After all, this is how professional real estate developers "build".
You don't ever see Donald Trump doing any of the work himself, do you?
He gets others to do the hard labor, while he keeps the profits!
Oh, and I didn't want to pay for the construction myself. Any of it.
Could really this be possible?
