| Hello,
I am the owner and creator of <a
href="http://www.restorent.net">Restorent.net</a>. Also known as the
propertymanagementtool.com. Does anyone here have an idea of how to
make loans and sell homes/properties on the internet?
Thanks,

Hi John, there's a whole recipe that I've been working on with regard
to successful work on the internet. The loan part I'm not sure of but
the real estate part you need to post everywhere you can and link
everywhere you can. I seldom pay for any postings since I have the
optiminal marketing package with homes.com to get me on the first page
of google in my market area. I also utilize my RE/MAX database in a
way that few people do to optimize the traffic that goes in and out of
it. In NJ we are also buying urls to pertain to our market area to
bypass the lead generation companies. Hope this helps!

| A pop up box can be made in Ajax, PHP, and Javascript. Where updating
can be done dynamicallly. The content will go in a content div that
will be shown with the onmouseover attribute in javascript then from
the content's javascript you can call an update function that will pass
variables to JavaScripts and Ajax and update the div once the results
are returned.
