First the dialup user will have to install a VNC server so that you can
see it using a VNC client.

I recommend the original Real VNC for windows or ultravnc

Once the dialup user has the software installed set up his/her password
authentication

He/she will have to go to http://whatismyip.com to get their ip
address.

Once you have the ipaddress from your client change the viewing options
to the lowest color rate possible (I used 8 colors for REalvnc but I
think ultravnc allows black and white coloring).

Now you use the ipaddress that the dialup user has provided and the
password and you should be able to connect.
