Hi John,

A great way to start the New Year!

I have been living in Carmel Valley for years, and I just love this community. It is a planned community with convenient access to almost everything – schools, hospitals, shopping, jobs, cultural spots like the Art center and the Zoo. The weather here is great – a warm summer day might be in the 80s, and a cold winter day in the 50s. As for real estate, there are lots of big tract houses on small lots--the current trend seems to be a 4000 sq. ft. house on a 6000 sq. ft. lot. Huge houses, easy access, friendly community! Definitely a good bet!
