I am direct to a very well experienced and well funded Buyer that are looking to buy Land contracts and Private Mortgage Notes that are 1st and 2nd position,all types of Real Estate,Commercial or Residential nationwide up to $15Million.

You must be the direct Principal or have direct immediate access to the seller.Also if you are the seller you must be committmed and ready to sell and close a deal.

My Buyer can close in 10-14 days depending on the cooperation of the seller.Please do not bring a broker chain of any kind.
