My mother and others in our building are considering a reverse mortgage
because of the added expenses. She owns the condo free and clear and is 73
years old. Is it better to just take out a loan, or do the reverse mortgage?
Wich would be better for her heirs? She's worried a reverse mortgage would
make it harder on me when she dies.
