Commercial & residential real estate firm scouting for a part-time recruiting and training director. This position is available full-time for the right candidate.

Primary duties:
Create and implement comprehensive training programs
Research adequate training materials & seminars
Recruit qualified, experienced agents\
Motivate agents
Drive sales
Create and Implement retention programs
