I've been having some issues with my timeshare and I’ve gone to a couple timeshare sites, but I'm a little wary of the advice they provide. It’s always positive and I suspect that the people giving me advice are same that sold me my timeshare. Are there any good unaffiliated resources out there?

Not too many that I've found. Wikipedia has a great article, but it's purely informative rather than cautionary. However, google the matter and a few sites come up, like Timeshare beat and www.timeshareconsumergroup.com -- a non-profit. Give them a shot.
