Charming home in Eugene's South Hills. Three bedrooms, two baths.
Hardwood floors, built in bookcases, fireplace, includes all
appliances except clothes washer. Gas stove and dryer. Convenient
outside storage, but no garage. Most excellent floor plan and use of
space. Four sets of French doors and many windows open up home to
outdoors. Remodeled kitchen has tile, newer counter tops, refinished
light wood cabinets, many new lights, and a slate floor.

The Home has truly magnificent gardens, front and back, with mature
trees, fully landscaped, no lawn, full of perennial plants,
professionally laid brickwork paths, a huge fire pit with fire wood, a
lovely water feature and a hot tub too. There are four decks on three
sides of the home.

We have lived in this home for the past 24 years and have put lots of
love and care into it; it is truly a unique home!! Schools are the
best: Parker Elementary, Roosevelt Middle School and South Eugene
High School. The neighborhood is excellent, quiet, treed, and
beautiful. Close in, but feels like country.

We are offering our home for sale for $267,500; I will be selling it
myself.
Open houses will be held this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 7th
and 8th,
from 12-3pm.
