Supposed to close on a house Monday , but they have changed the closing date
for the 3rd time......they want us to move Friday but we are out our house
Wednesday........extra cost for us is about $4000.......(this includes
moving 2x,extra closing costs,Hotel ,and Food), which they said they will
pay.......but will not pay up front.......do I have recourse?.......don't
trust them anymore and want to kill the deal instead..........they say they
will include in closing.........my point is if Friday is a sure deal then
why doesn't someone pay up front........the problem is they are moving to
Jakarta and are having problems securing a visa..........but for the first
time the Realtor is saying "IF"........the other problem is the house we are
selling and the house we are buying is from the same Realtor.

Thanks for any suggestions
