| I'm looking online for just various real estate advice. I own a commercial
property and am thinking about buying a 2nd. I'm curious, what does FSOB
stand for? And is this the best newsgroup to read about real estate
issues? Currently I'm going through some lady's problem about bug
infestation with fascination.
Regards,
Ed

FSBO = For Sale By Owner pronounced fizz bow
This group does not have much activity, but I do not know of any good group.
Try google. Be aware that much of what is claimed to be advice is really
self-serving bs from realtors.

That I had 2 replies is certainly promising.
So for anyone actually reading this. I have $200,000 in spare capital.
$1.1mil in loans on property valued at $2.6mil. Would you guys put the
$200,000 to pay down the loan (at 7% interest) or find another property
(and if so, what kind of property would be ideal with that much down?).
Regards,
Edward

Why are you not posting this to investment newsgroups? I'm crossposting this
to a better place. Look at the headers to see where I posted it then join
those Groups.
IMO you should save your capital for the coming decline.

FSBO is an abreviation of "For Sale By Owner"
but I'm not familar with FSOB, unless I'm talking about my relatives -
Freaking SOB's

I always figured it was a typo. Miraculously it became a group without the
error being caught.
