If he is not actively using tactics to avoid or sabotage killfiles
(posting from various systems, forging, massive crossposting to create
cross-newsgroup flame wars) then it should be quite easy to killfile
him.
It does seem that the frequency and the size of his posts are
approaching net abuse. However, IMHO, they aren't quite there yet. If
his postmaster were to act in this instance, it would raise troubling
censorship issues.

It is a blatant disregard of usenet "netiquette" to cross post specially
after a person has been asked not to do so. If you have a problem with that
then tough!! The size or frequency does not matter in my opinion. These
post have nothing to do with "home theatre" or "home repair" or any of the
other groups they are post to. So pick a group that is on topic and stay
there, otherwise the poster is going to keep getting requests sent to their
Admin complaining.
