FA: Unassembled Dynaco QD-1 Quadaptor...

Dynaco Quadaptor is bright and clean but is missing the assembly manual and
box.

This unit is unassembled.

No parts are missing.

Photos on Photobucket show only 5 black thumbscrews, the sixth missing one
has since been found.

Top cover has a pinhead sized dent about one inch in from the front
center...
